The Arts Enterprise Institute took the responses from the community and made a curriculum for our first series of workshops, Lunch, Learn, & Libations
The series is free, with a value of $255 per person for all three sessions:

- Monday, May 1, 2017 — Collaboration and Partnerships
How do collaborations and partnerships play a part in artistic leadership? Learn how to identify the range of collaboration and partnership options and their costs and benefits; understand how and when they best fit into your strategy; learn how to establish and maintain them. Register now.

Lunch will be provided, as well as Happy Hour at SER with complimentary hor’s d’oeuvres after each session!
Richard Brewster, of Nonprofit Leadership, will facilitate this series. He held leading positions in nonprofits for more than 20 years before building a reputation as an accomplished consultant, coach, and trainer. Richard currently works with nonprofit executive directors and staff leadership, board chairs, and other officers to answer questions of strategy, governance, leadership, communications, and financial management.
Leaders attending all three sessions will receive a certificate of attendance.
