TWELVE ANGRY MEN

Jul. 16 thru Aug. 8
American Century Theatre

Originating as a live teleplay in 1954, 'Twelve Angry Men' was made into an Oscar-nominated 1957 film. Reginald Rose’s script could not be performed on stage prior to The American Century Theater's obtaining the author's special permission in 1995. The result both launched TACT's remarkable two decades journey and was chosen by City Paper as one of that year’s top D.C. area productions. Coming full-circle, TACT founding Artistic Director Jack Marshall directs this ultimate jury drama with an all-star cast of veterans from TACT’s production history to mark what will be the last production of TACT's 20th and final season.
